Board Meeting Agendas and Minutes

The Board meets 10 times per year. Board meetings are held over Zoom on the third Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm, although that schedule may change on occasion to accommodate Board member availability. There is no regularly scheduled Board meeting in June or December.   To request to place an item on an upcoming agenda, please contact the Board President at least 2 weeks prior to the next scheduled meeting.

You must be signed in to google with the same email address used in the Clifton Heights member directory.  If you are a Clifton Heights member/property owner and are having trouble seeing documents,  please contact the Board Secretary to be granted access.
