The 2026 Annual Member Meeting will be held via Zoom at 10:00 a.m. on May 30, 2026.
Please make sure to mail your elections ballot at least 4 days prior to the meeting. Your ballot and proxy will count towards the meeting quorum if you cannot attend in person.
All members and their families are invited to the Community BBQ and Potluck starting at 12:30 p.m. following the meeting.
Consolidated Elections Rules and Fee/Fine Schedule
At their February 13, 2025 Meeting, the Association Board approved the creation of two new Association Documents that consolidate and update the Association's Elections Rules and the Association's Fees and Fines. The purpose of this action was to create a simple and clear documents for member's reference and use. The documents can be reviewed and downloaded here.
