Board Meeting Agendas and Minutes

The Board meets 10 times per year. Board meetings are currently held over Zoom on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm. There is no regularly scheduled Board meeting in June or December.   To request to place an item on an upcoming agenda, please contact the Board President at least 2 weeks prior to the next scheduled meeting.

FYI - Links to view and download agendas and minutes are password protected. You must be signed in to google with the same email address used in the Clifton Heights member directory.  If you are a Clifton Heights member/property owner and are having trouble seeing documents,  please contact the Board Secretary to be granted access.
